- Shipping Destinations
- We currently offer shipping within New Zealand only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
- Shipping Methods and Timeframes
- Once we have received your order, we will promptly acknowledge it and provide an approximate shipping dispatch timeframe. The estimated shipping timeframes may vary depending on the availability of the products and your location within New Zealand. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if applicable.
- Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package. The shipping costs will be displayed at the checkout page before you finalize your order.
- We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. If eligible, the free shipping option will be displayed at the checkout page.
- Order Processing Time
- We aim to confirm orders and provide shipping timeframes within 7 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that this is an estimate, and additional processing time may be required during peak periods or in case of unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you promptly if there are any delays in confirming your order or providing shipping timeframes.
- Tracking Your Order
- For orders eligible for tracking, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment through the carrier's website.
- Delivery Attempts and Re-Delivery
- If you are not available to receive your package at the time of delivery, the carrier will typically leave a calling card with instructions for arranging re-delivery or pickup. It is your responsibility to follow the instructions provided by the carrier to ensure successful delivery.
- Damaged or Lost Packages
- We take utmost care in packaging and shipping your orders. However, in the rare event that your package is damaged or lost during transit, please contact our customer support team at info@ivydesign.co.nz. We will work with you and the carrier to investigate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
- Change of Shipping Address
- If you need to change the shipping address for an order that has not yet been dispatched, please contact our customer support team at info@ivydesign.co.nz as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that changes to the shipping address may cause delays or additional charges.
- Customs and Duties
- All orders shipped within New Zealand are not subject to customs duties or taxes.
